Meet Christopher Gilbert
Christopher Gilbert was once in a very similar situation to you. Heading to the gym but feeling lost and clueless, not knowing where to start and generally struggling to hit his fitness goals.
He discovered that knowing how to work out is essential but implementing the right nutrition strategies is even more important for body composition and fitness goals. He’s been helping people ever since to help them find how exercise and balanced eating habits can help them feel better, fitter and look fantastic.
Christopher Gilbert offers a fully rounded approach to fitness and nutrition because he knows from personal experience that those two things need to be worked on in tandem to improve fitness and health outcomes.
Having already worked with more than 300 people, he has the experience and track record that you can rely on. He was also mentored by celebrity trainer and bodybuilder Kevin Richardson, providing him with the professional start that’s made him the trainer he is today.

You’ll first have an initial consultation with Christopher, providing you with the opportunity to tell him about your goals and problems. He can then start planning out how to help you.
2. Get expert coaching from your trainer
You’ll receive specific goals and advice from Christopher that’s tailored to your particular needs. Everyone’s needs and fitness goals are different, and the training and support you get will focus on your desired results.
3. Stay on track, stay motivated and accomplish your goals
With the help of Chris, you’ll learn to stay consistent and on track. That’s what’s necessary for you to achieve your fitness goals. It’ll be easier than you think once you get the right training and support from Obsession Fitness.
