we all need some assistance sometimes; maybe this person guides you with your career, finances, education, or even your life.
Regardless if you have one currently or not we've all had one and they can impacts our lives forever. If you're a teacher, you are a great example because you guide and educate young minds every day to be a better version of themselves.
But wait for a second, what if that child didn't have a teacher? How would they learn to read, write, and do the math?
That child would try his or her best but still need help from a teacher, so they don't find themselves frustrated or lost.

In this article "WHY YOU NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER"? I'm going to go over the benefits of having a personal trainer.
Let's face it; we all know that we can get lazy at times. You might find it hard to hit the gym after work or on the weekends. There's something about having an appointment with your trainer that makes you obligated to go. You go because you feel like you're letting your trainer down. Another reason is that you're paying for it. These two factors are significant because you don't want your money going to waste and you're trainer believes in you, so why would you want to leave them hanging.
Now be honest, is your workout intensity somewhat of the incredible hulk or two bunnies having a pillow fight. Chances are you are probably one of the adorable rabbits. Having a personal trainer will boost your intensity, studies have proven that when you have someone to cheer you in performance, you do better 60% of the time. A trainer will keep you from short breaks, push your limits, and have you doing exercises at a level you never thought possible. When you're not feeling motivated and want to give you because you're in pain, hearing their voice supporting you will provide you with the edge you need.
Personal Trainers are knowledgable experts in the field of fitness. Remember you are trying to accomplish something you don't know how to do. Do you know what foods to eat for your fitness goal? Do you know how many calories you need? Do you know what exercises to do and when to take a rest day? Probably not, Personal trainers can provide you with that plus more. You never have to wonder how much cardio to do or if your form is correct, which can be dangerous when using free weights.
Personal trainers love to share what they know, over time you'll have learned so much information on fitness that you can answer your friends and family questions. You pay for training, but as a bonus, you get the information for free. It's a fun way to jump into fitness and dispel any fitness myth that you might have heard. One of my favorites is that carbs make you fat, and eating at night is even worse.
As you know, personal training can be expensive, but now you can get a personal trainer that works with your budget. Depending on where you find that trainer you could pay anywhere from $50-$80 or a possible $100-$150 per session. Trainers typically have packages and discounts for their clients and potential clients. They provide incentives like refer a friend and get your next session free or purchase a high package and get additional time applied to your sessions.
Earlier I mentioned having good form when you exercise, it's crucial that you master proper form when exercising. Some of the most complex exercises are the squat, deadlift, bench press, and pull-ups. Answer me this? How many times do you see someone in the gym doing an exercise incorrectly? The worse case is that someone damages his or her knee. This can happen during a squat when coming up, or hurt their elbow during a bench press.
We all know that if confidence isn't there than our effort won't be there either. We need to believe in what we're doing. Having a trainer will reassure you; there won't be any second-guessing because you're working with an expert. When you think about it, all you have to do is plug everything in. The personal trainer writes out your workout program, guides you on what to eat. Advises you on water intake and getting enough sleep. When your fitness journey gets tough, confidence will be what gets you by.
Many of us spend money on material things that we don't need, a lot of it holds no value to our lives. Investing in our health is extremely important, and that comes along with having a trainer. Recently on ESPN, a few NBA analyst were talking about how Lebron James can still play and compete in the NBA on the level he's at, and the answer was simple, its because he took care of his body since he entered the league. Our bodies go through so much from the time we are born, so taking care of it is our job.
Whether you are in a situation to hire a personal trainer or not, it's something everyone can benefit from for serval reasons health-wise. For most people, the goal is to live a long and healthy life. I always say to my clients that my goal is to be able to move and function without any complications as I get older.
